Security Engineer

Are you an experienced Security Engineer in the NW, we are looking for someone around Cheshire, Chester Wrexham and surrounding areas. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Engineer to join our team. As a Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with electronic security systems
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their systems
- Keep accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electronic security technology
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in electronics or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and servicing electronic security systems
- Strong knowledge of various electronic security systems and their components
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations related to electronic security systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
