We are seeking a strong-willed and results driven Process Improvement & QA Engineer to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance of IS9001 Quality Management System QMS to include SOPs, to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Approved Suppliers List.
  • Maintenance of IS9001 Quality Management System QMS to include Internal and External Corrective Actions and all Non-conformances.
  • Maintenance of IS9001 Quality Management System QMS to include Internal and External audits
  • All Quality Management System QMS procedures and document control.
  • Initiates Process improvements based on critical matrix review, Lead process improvement projects and collaboration with other departments to be able to meet customer’s expectations.
  • Supplier audit control; Heat Treatment audits and casting supplier quality audits.
  • Any additional duties may also be assigned as needed.

 

Must know and comply with the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, KAC Code of Conduct, Hensley Environmental Policies, Hensley Safety Policies, and Hensley Quality Policies.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field is required.
  • 3-5 years’ knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system and QMS is a plus
  • Audit qualification or certification is a plus
  • Must be assertive, have good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency is required
  • SAP or similar ERP Experience
  • Steel Foundry or Steel Fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic or advanced math to practical situations.
