As a Software Architect on the Cooper Surgical R&D Software Development team, you will assume a technical leadership role in designing, developing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting customer-facing software products. This position will require a high level of technical expertise, with a focus on architecting and delivering advanced software solutions. You will serve as a mentor to the development team, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest level of code quality and scalability. You will be responsible for the evolution of existing offerings and leading the development of new software products and services, while also specializing in key areas. This will be a remote position.

The CSI R&D Software team within Cooper Surgical is dedicated to developing and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions for cryopreservation and inventory, storage, donations, and billing management for fertility clinics and patients worldwide. For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $130,000 - $200,000. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
