As a Quality Test Engineer, you will be responsible to Support team during dealer issues investigation. Contribute with proper information and proposal for improvement. Manage dealer issues and KPIs
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review customer complaint list, manage customer expectation and problem resolution.
- Considered a specialist in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control.
- Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
- Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to take 2 year degree with 12+ years of experience
- Willing to take Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience
- Internships will be counted as part of experience
Required Skills:
- Quality core tools (8D, PPAP, 5 Whys)
