As a Quality Test Engineer, you will be responsible to Support team during dealer issues investigation. Contribute with proper information and proposal for improvement. Manage dealer issues and KPIs


Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Review customer complaint list, manage customer expectation and problem resolution.

  • Considered a specialist in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control.

  • Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.

  • Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.


Education/Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Willing to take 2 year degree with 12+ years of experience

  • Willing to take Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience

  • Internships will be counted as part of experience


Required Skills:



  • Quality core tools (8D, PPAP, 5 Whys)

  • Internal Audit
