Full Stack Developer

The Federal Savings Bank is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a particular focus on .NET and JavaScript technologies, and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Ideal candidates are local to the Chicago area and able to work in our Logan Square headquarters 1-2 days a week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code equality, organization, and automation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
