What this position entails
IntelliScript’s Information Technology has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. In this position, you will have responsibility for shaping the ongoing development and enhancement of IntelliScript’s industry-leading software. You will work closely with the development team on technological research and architecture decisions. The Software Architect role is expected to analyze and provide recommendations to improve existing system architecture and performance, as well as help define standards and provide guidance on new development.

This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI; however, this position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI for quarterly PI Planning meetings.
The salary range for this position is $107,000 - $217,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a signiï¬cant performance-based bonus plan, proï¬t sharing, and generous beneï¬ts.
