Job Overview
XPECT Solutions is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join an innovative team of developers in Washington, DC., supporting our Federal Customer. This position supports the development of mission-critical applications for a federal government client focused on national security.
The senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle for software development and the application in production. Includes the technical analysis of requirements, development of the software, automated testing, builds, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.
Requirements

ACTIVE TOP-SECRET CLEARANCE
- with the ability to obtain an SCI
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
- 8 years of experience with programming and software development in multiple layers in the software stack (UI, web or microservices, database, search).
- Experience with leading or advanced programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and/or upgrading of software systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability.
- Experience with Java (JEE Development)
- Strong JavaScript/Ajax Application Development
- Experience with Angular version 2 or above
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security
- Experience with Tomcat
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- GIT LAB experience
- Experience in Test Driven Development
- JUNIT experience
- Experience in managing deployments and servers for hosting AWS applications to ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline
Preferred Additional Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Experience with UI/UX tools (like Figma)
