The Opportunity


Join us in the exciting Sydney or Melbourne based role focused on making the Digital experience on our website and Salesforce applications as simple and intuitive as possible for our Customers, Partners & internal teams, while maintaining an easy to manage ‘click before code’ code base and data model. Working with Experience Cloud Customer Community & Partner Community, Service Cloud & Service Cloud Voice, Sales Cloud, Conga and / or Lightning web componentry, the role has a great mix of learning and impact 


What you’ll be doing day-to-day



  • Develop and customise Salesforce applications, declaratively and/or ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. 

  • Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. 

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are user-centric and align with business goals. 

  • Minimise the cost of ownership by maximising use of configuration-based solutions and/or quality documentation 

  • Ensure system stability by supporting a timely response to incidents. 


 


 


What you’ll bring to this role



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development, including Configuration and Customization, in particular:  Sales Service Cloud/Experience Cloud/ LWC / Apex Development with strong focus on frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

  • Proven technical knowledge and experience in modern JavaScript, (Lightning Web) components;  digital assets, including interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups; and Salesforce platform features such as record ownership, sharing rules and CRUD/FLS.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications. 

  • Experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce environment, in addition to experience working with UX and Design specialists

  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and the ability to contribute to agile maturity across the team. 

  • Strong written and verbal communicator, a confident presenter with proven success in business analysis and requirement gathering. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field and Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., App Builder, Platform Developer I or II).  

  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab and Microsoft office products.
