The Sales Enablement Ordrers Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Sales teams in handling their ordering needs in accordance with the contract terms. This individual will work with Sales Teams across the organization, as well as having a close link to our contracts, finance, and billing teams to ensure order compliance.  

The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and possess strong written and oral communication skills as well as have outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills and be able to move quickly and adhere to tight deadlines. This person is a self-starter who is passionate about learning and digging into the details.  Candidate will have a flexible personality with the ability to excel while multitasking in a fast-paced environment to provide a positive impact across the organization.  

Job Description

  • Create and submit order forms for service delivery to our Order Analysis team for processing through Operational and Production teams for execution and delivery to our clients. 

  • Maintain all order forms and update accordingly with any market or product changes.  

  • Maintain and execute Prior Market Approval processes for client orders 

  • Ability to read and understand contracts to accurately review and match the order requirements to the contract (ensure accurate delivery) 

  • Understanding of pricing definitions for the contract to order validation process  

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines for order cut-offs and late requests. 

  • Develops an understanding of syndicated coding rules and can accurately code the syndicated data requirements into the Order Management Tool  

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills by ensuring the Customer Success teams are always kept informed of any changing deadlines or additional details needed in a timely manner.  

  • Adequately push back on Customer Success when more information is needed, or incomplete information has been received.  

  • Maintain high standards of excellence for business-critical processes and systems 

Qualifications

  • Speaks fluent English (B2 or higher proficiency) 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Microsoft products and able to perform basic formulas and vlookups 

  • Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic 

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people from different departments 

  • Must be capable of collecting information from multiple sources and integrating the information to populate the output required  

  • Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answers 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and ever-changing environment and must be able to manage multiple requests at the same time
