RESPONSIBLITIES:


The following duties outline, but do not limit, the regular position requirements.Β  These may be revised from time to time as business conditions dictate, at the discretion of the Manager.Β 



  • Develop test plans for RF products working with the HFC product development team.

  • Work with the hardware and software development teams to test products during the NPI phase and post release.

  • Utilize automation test software to test products for both in house design verification and support customer qualification test cycles.

  • Work in close cooperation with the RF engineering design team and product management team on test plans and test results for the amplifier and node product platforms.

  • Perform or facilitate testing of the product / system as required to validate the designs and generate data sets for use in internal reviews and customer reviews.

  • Follow our ATX development process and documentation requirements during the new product development programs as required

  • Provide schedule estimate inputs as needed for project planning and participate in ongoing program update activities providing as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:


The following criteria are the minimum qualifications required for this position:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 5+ years of broadband RF or Docsis test experience in a Service Provider product development environment delivering RF products

  • Solid background developing test plans and test cases for use in product development verification and product qualification efforts

  • Background in delivering quality designs to market in a timely fashion, with a high degree of quality and longevity.

  • Good documentation and communication skills for both internal and external facing communications.

  • Pending future relief from the COVID-19 travel restrictions, this position may require some travel within North America & International.
