Job Description: Data Engineer with Expertise in Power BI and Azure Databricks

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Data Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least **5 years in data engineering** and a minimum of **3 years specializing in Power BI and Azure Databricks**. This role requires expertise in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade data, analytics, and AI solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Data Pipelines:** Build and optimize data pipelines to support advanced analytics and AI solutions using **Azure Databricks 
- Data Integration: Connect diverse data sources into a unified platform, ensuring seamless data flow for processing, storage, analysis, and modeling. 
- Power BI Development: Design and implement Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver actionable insights. 
- Solution Deployment: Deploy enterprise-grade data solutions at scale, ensuring robustness, security, and accessibility for diverse business stakeholders. 
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure data solutions align with organizational objectives. 
- Monetizing Data Assets:Enable the organization to derive value from datasets by creating models and systems to share, analyze, and monetize data. 
- Performance Optimization:Ensure high performance and scalability of data solutions to support evolving business needs. 

Key Skills and Qualifications 
- Experience:
  - Minimum **5 years** of experience as a Data Engineer. 
  - At least **3 years** of hands-on experience with **Power BI** and **Azure Databricks**. 
- Technical Skills:
  - Proficiency in **Azure Databricks** for data integration, processing, and modeling. 
  - Advanced knowledge of **Power BI**, including report creation, DAX, and Power Query. 
  - Expertise in connecting, transforming, and processing data from various sources. 
  - Experience in building and managing data lakes, data warehouses, or similar architectures. 
  - Familiarity with other Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Storage. 
  - Strong programming skills in **Python**, **Scala**, or **SQL**. 
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex data-related issues quickly. 
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in deploying AI models and advanced analytics solutions. 
- Certifications in **Azure Data Engineer Associate** or **Power BI** preferred. 
- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
