What Will You Do


You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that empower our internal teams and member companies. Our data engineers collaborate closely with our product divisions to drive impactful results through crafting high-quality datasets that build compelling visualizations. Whether you’re enhancing our internal analytics platform to accelerate sales, providing data-backed insights that shape member strategies, or taking new data projects from concept to deployment, your work will directly support our mission to make data-driven decision-making a core part of our business success.

What’s required?



  • Self-motivated, technically agile, strong communication skills.

  • Experience with SQL and strong performance-tuning, query optimization skills

  • Experience with ETL tools, data ingestion methods, data lake architectures.

  • Experience with Python.

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases like MS SQL Server or Postgres.

  • Experience using Visual Studio Code

  • Experience with Git and Github

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.


 


What will set you apart?



  • Experience with Apache Airflow preferred.

  • Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript preferred.

  • Experience with AWS (Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, QuickSight) preferred.

  • Experience with API integrations, REST API standards preferred.

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar preferred.

  • Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow.
