Your Future Role

Data Engineering Specialist passionate about Product Management is essential to elevate Innomotics' Customer Service. This role will drive digital tool adoption, refine data strategy, and support Order Entry growth.

This position reports to the Business Excellence Manager and is REMOTE, with preference for candidates in Eastern or Pacific time zones.

• Starting with tailored solutions for mining, the specialist will expand into sectors like Oil & Gas, CO2 Capture, Utilities, and Wastewater, improving project execution and sales processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and accelerate revenue growth—aligning with Innomotics' strategic goals and strengthening its market position. Consolidate and maintain CS databases to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and implement a unified data strategy in Customer Service to improve data consistency and reliability. Support the implementation and adoption of new tools (COMOS, Comos Mobile Worker, SIMIT, XHQ, GProms) across the CS team.
• Provide database support, consolidate and unify the data strategy in Customer Service for the USA, and support the adoption and effective use of the new portfolio of digital tools.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineer or engineer
• 5 – 10+ years of industry experience
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in data engineering within an industrial company
  • 1+ years’ of experience with IN products and product lines preferred
• Experience collecting, organizing, modifying Large Datasets to be ready for Data Visualization.
• Experience with crafting data visualization for industrial industries.
• Experience crafting dashboard for executive staff.
• Experience working across multiple company divisions to build and implement a data structure theory.

The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $149,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
