The Role:

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Full-Stack Technology Lead who can do software development.  The person should also be strong in having business analysis skill.  In addition, having experience in Salesforce is a plus.  This role will play a pivotal part in bridging technology and business, providing hands-on technical solutions while interfacing with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will not only have the coding expertise to work across the tech stack but will also demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. As our team continues to grow and evolve, this position offers the potential to expand into a leadership role, managing cross-functional projects within Sales and Marketing areas.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Lead the development, integration, and optimization of applications across multiple technology stacks, including Salesforce and Hubspot. Take ownership of technical solutions and implement best practices.
• Client-Facing Interaction: Serve as a technical contact for stakeholders, translating complex technical details into actionable insights. Provide technical support to business units, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with business and technology units on data integration, reporting, and automation projects. Act as a liaison to ensure technical alignment across teams.
• Project Ownership: Manage assigned projects from conception through execution, ensuring successful implementation. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and offshore teams to meet project milestones.
• Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows, recommend new tools when necessary, and lead initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working on diverse projects across multiple business, and reporting, with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business needs.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Must have experience in Asset Management, Private Equity, or the financial sector.
• Full-Stack Proficiency: 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with hands-on coding ability.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Azure Cloud Development, Python, SQL (joins, triggers, stored procedures, etc), javascript, frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, and/or Flutter, and Tableau.
• Project Management Acumen: Experience working in an Agile environment and managing projects through Jira or Microsoft DevOps.
• Salesforce Expertise (Preferred): Proven experience in Salesforce development and administration, such as: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations with third-party systems.

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $150,000 - $180,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
